Kim Norby, CFO/CIO, Co-Founder
Kim is an executive level Health Information Technology leader with twenty-five years of experience, twenty in management and eight in healthcare management. He is good at leading robust process creation and continuous improvement focused on the patient/customer experience and on that which you value. Gifted in discernment and strategic direction setting, Kim has a high sense of accountability, while individualizing people and at the same time focusing on high performance team development. Kim believes in and practices strong project management practices and his leadership style couples goal accountability with the freedom to solve problems. He understands complex technical requirements. He has worked with hospitals, health systems, physician practices, and obviously physical therapy organizations. He has worked with health information exchange, public health, Meaningful Use, Medicare and Medicaid, and other payers.
Kim places a strong emphasis on his faith, his family and his health. His faith is his foundation and his wife and he have five children combined. "We are extremely proud of each one of them and so happy to have them in our lives." He typically runs six half marathons a year and believes strongly in keeping track of one's own health history. He is a futuristic entrepreneur who understands the risks of trying something new. "We shouldn't be afraid of failure and can learn from every one." He enjoys working with new ideas and being involved in the start-up community in his spare time.
