  • Active Older Adult: Refuse to act your age with the other 60+ year olds! Enjoy time spent improving balance, coordination & maintaining muscular strength.

  • Revive: Don’t miss out of the benefits of regular exercise due to a chronic medical condition! This low impact class is just for you!
  • Sizzler: Have fun doing cardio intervals in your fat burning zone & utilize strength training to burn fat longer after each workout. Great for all fitness levels!
  • Strength + Power: This high intensity class will challenge your fitness taking to new levels utilizing science behind superset & interval training!
  • Tobal Body Conditioning (TBC): Come for a full body workout! Great for all fitness levels! Someting new and different every week!
  • Triple Threat:Something new every session! Step, kettlebell, tabatta, or boot camp style workouts to challenge you!
